PRODUCT INFORMATION
Weekee is an innovative changing pad. It was designed from parents for parents to enable them to change their child’s diapers on any car seat in a safe and comfortable way. Weekee is a self inflating cushion which compensates the incline of any car seat, and creates a comfortable, safe and hygienically washable lying surface for the child.
Weekee consists of three components: the changing pad, the drybag and a belt. To level the inclination of a car seat, simply place the inflated drybag below the changing pad. Alternatively, you can attach the hooks of the belt to the changing pad and place it over the headrest of your car seat. It can be used on any cars seat (rear and front), thanks to the special shape of the changing pad.
No, absolutely not. The Weekee changing pad is compact and foldable. You can take it with you on any occasion, like travel, a trip to the zoo, to the restaurant, to the park, or wherever your are going. The self inflating cushion guarantees that you always have a portable changing station with you that is safe, clean and comfortable.
Weekee is ideal for children from 0 to approximately 3 years, depending on the size of the child. Regarding the weight, the maximum load for the changing pad is 50 kilograms. The belt system and hook have been tested to carry a maximum weight of 27 kilograms.
SHOPPING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
For most orders, your package will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. However, please note that in case of direct bank payment, the goods can only be shipped once we receive the payment in our account. Once your packet is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number helping you to track your shipment at every stage.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days. For reasons of hygiene, we can only accept returns if the product has not been used and/or inflated.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us has a manufacturing defect, Solwi GmbH reserves the right to decide if the damage or defect is a manufacturing defect or not. Please email us with your order number at info@weekee.de before initiating the return order.
Return will be subject to the following:
Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact us if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged. In the event you return any product received as damaged Jolly Designs will refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.
Products damaged while being used or because of neglect of the consumer do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Refunds Policy
On receipt of the product Solwi GmbH will refund your money through account transfer to credit card or bank account depending upon way the payment was made. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically, refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
